Time Records

Resources can enter time records via a web browser allowing data entry remotely. Time records capture date, time, duration, client as well as specific information such as skill level performed, location and service performed.

Errors in time record entry are reduced as "drop down" selections are used for most fields. This not only reduces the chance of incorrect entry, but also allows rapid input of time records.

Resource time records can be viewed and edited by users with appropriate access privileges. Summary reports based on various criteria are available.
